Most borrowers establish the size of the mortgage they are willing to take out based on the amount of the monthly payment.   At CMI, we can help you extend your purchasing power.  Let's take a look at an example.

If you were to walk into a branch of a major Canadian bank, a $150,000 mortgage at 5 year posted rates over 30 years would give you a payment of $794.66, which may be the most you can afford.
