Posted in Today I helped a great local family close on a mortgage refinance. Over the last few years, due to a reduction in income, their credit fell into disarray and they had several bills end up in collections.
Thankfully we were able to arrange a new mortgage to clear all the outstanding debts, improving their cash flow by over $800/month. We also helped negotiate settlements for several of the bad debts (which saved the client over $5000!)
