How can I do that? By educating you about exactly what to expect at every stage of the process. This includes advice as to what clauses you should reasonably put in your offer to purchase, as the last thing I would ever advocate is for you to firm up a purchase deal without knowing you can close on time (and with terms that are acceptable to you).
