Required every 2 years, mortgage brokers and agents must pass continuing education courses and pay a fee to renew their licenses. Are you dealing with a fully licensed mortgage specialist? A list of all brokers/agents currently licensed in Ontario is available at the following link:

So make sure you know who you are dealing with prior to dealing with a broker or agent you have never met. Then pick up the phone and give me a call to get the process started!
